Capabilities hub. Eleven capabilities grouped by when in the project they matter rather than by internal department — the organizing decision that keeps the list from reading as an org chart.

Capabilities

Four companies' worth of work, done by one.

Most parking vendors do one or two of these and subcontract the rest. Every handoff between firms is a place where scope falls through — usually between the steel and the controls, and usually discovered during commissioning.

Before the job starts

Deciding whether it fits, and getting it approved.

Engineering and system design

Stacking layouts, structural and electrical requirements, control narrative, single-line diagrams and I/O lists. The decisions made here set your clear heights and your service size.

Engineering

Design and permitting support

Permit documentation and direct work with the local authority having jurisdiction. Many AHJs have never reviewed an automated system, and that conversation is cheap at schematic design and expensive at plan check.

Design & permitting

Building it

Steel, panel and software, under one roof.

Manufacturing

Steel fabrication and assembly in our own 125,000 sq ft facility, plus a 25,000 sq ft Las Vegas facility building EV chargers in the United States. We are an OEM — we do not resell someone else's equipment.

Manufacturing

UL 508A control panels

Power distribution, motor control, safety circuits and communications in one certified assembly — with SCCR calculated and documented, and enclosure rating matched to where the panel will actually live.

PLC, HMI and SCADA

The motion sequence and the interface residents use, written to a documented control narrative — so the next engineer to open the cabinet can read what it does.

Getting it running

Installed and commissioned by the people who built it.

Installation

Our own crews, coast to coast. No installation subcontractor learning your system on your job.

Installation

Commissioning and field services

Factory Acceptance Testing before the system ships, Site Acceptance Testing after it lands, operator training and an as-built set at handover. Problems surface in our building, not your garage.

Commissioning

Commissioning is where parking projects go wrong. It sits at the end of the schedule, so when the job slips, it gets compressed. Testing the panel with its logic loaded before it leaves the factory is the cheapest hour anyone spends on the project.

The next twenty-five years

What happens after everyone else has gone home.

Maintenance and monitoring

Preventive maintenance plans, and 24/7 remote monitoring on every semi-automated and fully automated installation. We see the error code before the phone rings.

Maintenance

Emergency service

When a system stops with cars inside it. Remote diagnosis first, so a technician arrives knowing what is wrong.

Emergency service

Modernization and retrofit

Controls replacement and system upgrades — including on equipment we did not originally supply, and on systems whose original manufacturer is long gone.

Modernization

Arc flash and electrical safety

Hazard analysis, incident energy calculation, short circuit and coordination studies, NFPA 70E labeling and training for the electrical room that serves the system.

Where the panels come from

Applied Gray Matter

Control panels are fabricated by our sister company, a UL 508A certified panel shop with a UL 508A MTR on staff. It is the reason "we build the controls" is a statement about our own building rather than a purchase order.

Outside parking, the same shop serves industrial controls, arc flash studies, PCB design, and data center and AI facility controls.

[CLIENT TO PROVIDE] — a lead time

The strongest single line of copy across the twelve competitors audited was a published panel lead time in the hero. If a defensible figure exists for panels or complete systems, it belongs at the top of this page, not in an FAQ.

Need one of these, or all of them?

We take complete parking projects, and we take single scopes — a panel for equipment we did not supply, a controls retrofit, an arc flash study.
