Estimate what an automated system could save on your project before you talk to anyone.

Emergency coverage window and target response time. 24/7 remote monitoring is verified; 24/7 on-site response is not. These are different promises and must not be conflated.

Every semi-automated and fully automated installation we deliver is remotely monitored, so in many cases we can identify the error code and begin diagnosing before a technician is dispatched. We also assess and service systems supplied by other manufacturers.
If a vehicle or a person is trapped, call emergency services first. Then call us. Do not attempt to operate or override the system manually.
Coverage hours and a target response time. TAPC's Services page promises "expert technicians available for urgent situations" but states neither. This page cannot claim 24/7 on-site response on that basis, so it currently claims nothing beyond the phone number — which is the honest position, but a weak one for the audience most likely to be reading it at 2 a.m.
