You need a dimension, not a brochure.
Clear heights, pit depths, structural loads and Revit content for automated parking systems — published, not gated. If a number you need is missing from this page, it is because we do not have it verified yet, and we say so.
What you're accountable for
The parking system lands in your drawing set, not ours.
- Coordinating clear heights against MEP before the structural grid is fixed
- Getting pit depth, waterproofing and drainage into the foundation package
- Showing approach geometry, turning and queuing that actually works on the site
- Carrying the system through plan check with an AHJ that may never have reviewed one
None of that is possible on a vendor's marketing PDF. It needs dimensions you can draw to, at the stage you are drawing.
So the specification sheets on this page are not behind a form. The CAD and Revit library asks for an email address, because that is the point at which we can usefully help — but the numbers themselves are free to take.
The three questions we get most

What clear height do I need, and measured to what?
12′ to 14′-6″ for 1–2 high; 18′–22′ for 3 high; 24′–26′ for 4 high; 30′–33′ for 5 high; 36′–39′ for 6 high; 42′–45′ for 7 high. Measure to the underside of the lowest obstruction — sprinkler heads, ductwork, beams — not to the slab soffit. This single detail causes more late redesign than anything else on the list.
How much parking do I actually gain?
Roughly half the footprint of conventional parking, configuration depending. A 1-high 1-deep arrangement yields 5–6 spaces in about the area of 3 conventional stalls. A 7-high tandem yields 42 spaces in 1,080 sq ft. Ramps and drive aisles disappear, which is usually the larger saving.
Will the AHJ approve it?
We prepare permit documentation and work directly with the local authority having jurisdiction, in most US regions. The useful move is to open that conversation at schematic design rather than at plan check — an AHJ seeing an automated system for the first time will ask questions that are cheap to answer early and expensive to answer late.
Being straight with you
Three numbers we don't publish yet.
Structural loading. Point loads at pallet supports and their distribution, by configuration. Needed for the structural engineer's model, and currently unavailable on either company site.
Electrical service requirements. Service size by configuration, with and without EV charging load management.
Ventilation requirements. For enclosed and below-grade installations.
These are the three most common technical questions from this audience, and the three most likely to send a specification to a competitor who publishes them. Until they are verified, this page names the gap rather than guessing — but closing it is the highest-leverage content work on the site.
