Automated parking systems
We design the system, fabricate the steel in our own factory, build the UL 508A control panels through our own certified panel shop, write the software, install it with our own crews, and service it for the life of the building. When something needs to be answered, there is one company to call.

Every semi-automated and fully automated installation we deliver is remotely monitored. We see the error code before the phone rings.
Maintenance & monitoringWe engineer, manufacture, program, install and service the same system. There is no handoff between the steel and the controls.

UL 508A control panelsWe prepare permit documentation and work directly with local authorities having jurisdiction. We have been through this in most US regions.
Design & permittingWe retrofit and modernize existing systems, including controls replacement on equipment we did not originally supply.
ModernizationWe run Factory Acceptance Testing before the system ships and Site Acceptance Testing after installation, so problems surface in our factory instead of your garage.

When every resident needs to reach their own car, without an attendant. Vehicles move laterally and vertically so each user has independent access.
When the driver never enters the garage. Battery-operated omni-directional AGVs, or rack and rail, park the vehicle with no driver or attendant in the structure.
When the site does not fit a catalogue. Turntables, cladding, vertical reciprocating conveyors, scissor lifts, remote monitoring, battery backup and automated bicycle storage.

Inside the system

The vehicle sits on a pallet that moves vertically and laterally. Pallet rating and lift geometry set your clear heights, pit depth and structural loads.
SystemsThe enclosure holding power distribution, motor control, safety circuits and communications. Built in our own certified panel shop with SCCR calculations and NEMA/IP-rated enclosure selection matched to the environment.
UL 508A panelsThe programmable controller running the motion sequence, and the operator interface residents use. Written and tested by us, so the logic is documented and maintainable by whoever holds the service contract.
PLC, HMI & SCADAOur flat-pallet design lets the charger travel with the vehicle to its space. Level 2 at 208–240 VAC, SAE J1772 with ISO 15118 capability, RFID authentication, and smart load management so you install more chargers on the same service.
EV chargingThe circuits that stop motion when something is where it should not be. Designed into the panel, not added afterward.
EngineeringA secure connection that reports error codes to our team. On semi-automated and fully automated installations we diagnose remotely before dispatching.
Maintenance & monitoringVertical integration
In-house engineering, from stacking diagrams and permit documentation through electrical schematics, panel layouts and I/O lists.
Steel fabrication and assembly in our own 125,000 sq ft facility, plus a 25,000 sq ft Las Vegas facility building EV chargers in the United States. We are an OEM. We do not resell someone else’s equipment.

Projects
Fifteen installations are verified across residential, hotel, mixed-use and commercial buildings — including a 7-high tandem puzzle in Gardena, a double stacker at Dior on Rodeo Drive, and a combined puzzle and stacker system at 25 Isabella in Boston.
The featured project card is deliberately not built. It requires a space count, the site constraint that made the job hard, professional photography, written permission to name the client, and a measured outcome. If no outcome was measured, the Result field is deleted — not estimated. Until these exist, this section ships as a link to the project index rather than a fabricated feature.
