One paragraph naming the specific problem: the parking count required, the land or clear height available, the code or entitlement pressure, or the programme constraint. Without a named constraint a case study reads as a product listing.

What is known from the configuration alone: a 3-high system requires 18′–22′ minimum clear height, and the pit adds 6′-10″ to 8′ below finished floor. Choosing 1-deep over tandem suggests a plan dimension that would not take the extra depth — but that is an inference, and inference does not go on a client's page.
